the good thing is, they also have a short attention span. These two latest accusations are interfering with each other, many people will just be turned off by the sleaze, stop watching news for a while, and focus on the pennant races and WS.
Or at least, responsible parents will switch the channel if watching news with their kids, as soon as the word "dildo" is uttered on the air.

As to whether critical masses of Americans see through this horse blank, and that translates into a Senate vote to confirm this well qualified judge, remains to be seen.
