6th Amendment:
“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law...”
That means Huber CAN’T prosecute anyone for crimes comitted outside his Utah jurisdiction, and they can’t just change the jurisdiction boundaries after the crime.

We have people here who would make Anwar al-Awlaki’s kids eligible to be President just so their guy can run.
Natural born citizens are naturally citizens because they cannot be anything else.
They have ONE nationality.
That was the entire purpose of the requirement.
Excluding the children of foreign nationals was precisely what the founders were doing when they rejected “native born citizen” and “citizen at birth”.
