Unlike Ford, looks like we have evidence, plus Cody fled to Taiwan to avoid his arrest. That never goes over well with any jury.

no...but how it will ultimately be dealt with and how much if any media attention it gets will be determined by the factors I mentioned. I wasn’t really addressing this case, I was speaking hypothetically.
In this case we know he’s in the losing side of the two sets of justice whether he’s guilty or not, he is in a target group (gun promoting) to be screwed...and he probably deserves it in this case if he did in fact “knowingly” deal with the wrong age group....I don’t know?
One thing for sure...he had drawn too much attention to himself before had...and “they” were going to bring him down one way or another, for sure!
Unfortunately, “knowingly” doesn’t matter. Men have been put away because “she said she was 19” when in fact she was 16 or younger. It doesn’t matter in these cases. Women/girls lie, every man on the planet should know that.
I agree, this case will get media attention, he took on the government and made headlines, I agree with the case against the government.
I am just not going to call it a set up when I see absolutely zero evidence of it, especially when he was one online seeking this out. You can read the indictment/warrant online, it is a very solid case with evidence of who/what/where/when a prosecutor’s dream case.
The real question is, what age did she present herself as when the connection occurred?
