Yeah...that's not going to happen. But I'm sure this is an effort to deliver a message to Kavanaugh that the circus will never end if he doesn't withdraw.
Anyone concerned with the emails from Mr.Miranda, a Republican aide, and Kavanaugh during Bush admin regarding Sen Leahy? Miranda read documents from a shared server by Dems and Repubs regarding data on nominee’s and the DEMS strategy. Supposedly, Leahy says there are emails which Grassley won’t release that show Kav knew they were stolen and he lied when asked about his knowledge. However, Miranda stated he never told Kav how he obtained them and that he just shared the data. Dems are threatening to impeach him if they get control. If not as SC Judge then in his current role as Fed Judge.
Kav said regarding one email with a heading “spying” said it didn’t raise a red flag as staff often talk amongst one anothers on both sides.
This a plan B against Kav.
