The judge in the Bill Cosby sexual assault case on Thursday denied a prosecution request to allow testimony at his sentencing hearing from women who say he molested them but whose accusations never led to criminal charges.
It was not immediately clear whether the judge intended to block all testimony from women who had given their accounts at Mr. Cosby’s trial in April because he asked for clarification on whether prosecutors intended to bring the women forward as part of the sentencing hearing. He asked them to clarify that point within 24 hours.
Prosecutors in Pennsylvania had asked that an unspecified number of accusers be allowed to tell their stories at the two-day sentencing hearing due to start Monday in Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pa.

Just because he was found guilty in this particular case doesn’t mean he’s guilty of any other crimes. A neophyte lawyer who just graduated the worst law school in America in last place could get that thrown out on appeal. Hell, a half-bright paralegal or legal secretary could do it.
Had he not said black inner city boys need to ‘take responsibility for their spawn’ ( my quotations as paraphrase), He would never have gone to court.
Not saying he’s not guilty. Just saying he broke the left’s rules and now must pay.
why would it take 2 days for sentencing hearing?
He’s already found guilty. Sure the family or the victim in this case gets to talk if they want and lawyers, but two days worth of talking? Give them 5-10 minutes each and the judge should already have an idea in mind of what sentence will be.
I am ever increasingly amazed how wasteful our judicial system is with time at tax payers expense.

So MANY people caught in these long time, many years long, rape cases. Weinstein, Cosby, Lauer... Now there is a surgeon in California who was arrested for drugging and raping women. 100s of them, maybe more, going way back so many years. His girlfriend helped him. They videotaped the attacks. Hard to believe they got away with this for so many years. Their mugshots, well they “look” normal...
Black celebrity with credentials and influence spoke off the plantation and is put in his place. His sexual antics were horrible but the same as 90% of the left wing norm. Came at him nine ways to sunday if he could threaten to move the voting base. #walkaway talk started with his calls for fathers to take responsibility for the black family condition. This goes against every nanny state, Massa State edict.
I can’t condon his behavior but he was singled out and extinguished.
Just so. Here we are all in a lather about Judge Kavanaugh's accusers wanting to deny him fundamental rights under the law, and it's only proper that we extend the same consideration to everybody.

The judge probably stopped the others from speaking when Christine Ford said she was also a victim of Bill Cosby. She has faulty memory so she probably wants to cover all bases, just in case...
The Judge is paving the way for a sentencing appeal...knows what he must do but doesn’t really want to see Cos in orange.
