Even the ones who aren’t so evil bring the stench with them, expecting at least a semblance of KKKali socialism where they land. Correct me if I’ve offended some truly conservative Kalifornia refugees.

Californication
noun
The process of despoiling and ruining an area or state so that it conforms to ideologies and practices long proven inept, wrong, and destructive.

Forty five years ago the most popular bumper sticker in Colorado was...

DON’T CALIFORNICATE COLORADO!

Well, it has been, and the slime is oozzing into New Mexico, Montana and Wyoming.

Property values don’t reflect a mass exodus.

A lot of property is bought up by the Chinese, who have no intention of living there, it’s solely an investment.

I refuse to watch youtube videos of guys talking in their cars unless it is a review of that car.

I assume with these videos the car is a better background than the tent they live in on the streets of Seattle - and that’s why they do it.

Probably half of our friends in the Bay Area want out. Crowds, traffic, noise, congestion, 75 minutes to go 15 miles, stratospheric housing prices and taxes, high cost of all basics like food, gasoline and clothes, kids cannot affor to live where they grew up and have left, feeling like you are living in Beijing or Delhi and, of course, DEMOCRAT POLITICS in the one-party State. Hardly a day goes by without another staggeringly stupid anti-conservative, anti-Constitutional law being proposed or passed.

We bought an escape place in North Idaho but haven’t yet decided whether to get out of CA permanently. California is completely off the rails.

CA has about 38,000,000 people. Not to mention those who have left, millions of conservatives remain in the state.

True, and I have had a lot of clients retire out of state with more talking about it. However, the real estate market has not slowed 1 bit, and there is absolutely no inventory. The prices are still increasing like crazy. There aren't even any apartments for rent. I would doubt the Chinese can buy that many homes.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Yes, lots of Californians r moving out of the state including yours truly. I have lots of friends who are relocating to other states. These friends r all conservative and that’s one reason they r leaving.

Unfortunately, many of them are reappearing in my state. I don’t mind, though, so long as they leave their liberal politics behind.

Unfortunately, the chart leaves out all those who’ve emigrated to Mars and Venus.

I'm with you...just insufferable. I also HATE people who always start off "Hey, guys, what's up?" so this one is a two-fer.

Here is one of the best "guys talking in cars" videos ever: Jim Caviezel's 2014 Shelby GT500 Super Snake - Jay Leno’s Garage

I have heard the same about trying to buy a house or rent an apartment.

That’s interesting. The map shows that even though Californians are leaving, New Yorkers are moving to California. I guess that shows what a basket case New York is.
