Stick to the premise that Dr. Ford’s allegations are a fabrication and a partisan political attack. Let her shoulder the burden of proof 36 years after the fact.
This does not discount the idea that she was in fact “assaulted” what we question is her ability to provide factual support to her assertion. To accuse Kavanaugh, who’s life is by all accounts sterling, is offensive unless you can name specific names, and exact places. With a clear memory. Times/dates are hard to keep track of, but were this the trauma that she says it is, she would remember the date as well.

What Whelan said was not who did what, but that Ford’s description of the location of her “assault” matched that house and none of the houses of the 4 people Ms Ford brought into the story were viable sites to match her story
Not that she asked permission of the other people she is accusing to name them but...whose house were they at? Because the host is a critical fact. He or she was there...

No, it was not PJ. There was a house nearby & the host of the house looks a lot like Kavanaugh. The host was not mentioned in Ford’s details so if the host was there (which is a likely assumption), then one of the other 4 Ford mentioned could not have been there. Ford claims she knows the host well and there is no way she would mistake him for Kavanaugh ... but then again, I’m not sure she knew her own name the night she claims this happened. It looks like Whelan took down his posts ... I know the name he mentioned, but I’m not repeating it. I wondered at the time that he threw another name in the mix - likely, another innocent man.
