Flake and Corker are not running again, so they have nothing to lose, except the respect of those who have supported them in the past. There is life to be lived after the Senate and when you no longer have that seat, you find out what people really think of you. As for Murkowski, isn’t she a very liberal feminist? Collins goes both ways. The other day she made a statement and I thought she was going to do the right thing, but I guess the left got to her. Too bad for the millions of decent and good women out here, who love husbands, sons and brothers.

Republicans need to be scared that if they blow this nomination, November will be a catastrophe.
First, they couldn't repeal Obamacare. Now they can't even seat a conservative Supreme Court judge when they have the majority and the nuclear option over an 11th hour accusation that every Republican voter believes is complete horses**t?
