Not sure if I'm posting this correctly, but we just got home from a Ted Cruz campaign townhall in Webster, Texas. Out daughter is an intern on the campaign and she is the one that suggested the location and organized it. I'm pretty proud of her.
The event was organized on very short notice. The turnout was standing room only, with people parking blocks away.
Senator Cruz had a strong message, and his stance is pretty common sense. O'Rourke is an open borders, sanctuary city, socialist, gun grabbing leftist that is as far left as you can get. His message appears to be resonating with young voters who have no idea what socialism means, they just imagine unicorns and rainbows.
Everybody , everybody, needs to turn out and vote.

TX always has low voter turnout: I fear that only a third of the conservatives will bother to vote on Nov. 6. Hope I’m wrong on that

On another subject concerning Texas-...from email re: Gosnell movie.
Planned Parenthood are holding a posh $400 Gala Dinner at the Hyatt Hotel in Austin where they are honoring their former President Cecile Richards.
So we have decided to have a simultaneous screening of the Gosnell Movie at the same time in the same hotel.
As you know we wanted to tell the Gosnell story because it is crucial that the truth is told.
Well now we are going to bring that truth to where it’s really needed. We are going to show Planned Parenthood and their friends in the mainstream media that there is an appetite in Texas for the truth to be told.
