If Kavanaugh withdraws, they win.

Not that I’d really blame him.

My grandfather was a well-connected Democrat back in the 60’s and 70’s. The party tried to get him to run for elective office. He would never agree because of precisely THIS....the grief that his wife and family would go through thanks to the mudslinging tactics of OTHER DEMOCRATS.

His previous confirmation hearings took three years. They went through everything about him. There was really no reason for any further hearing that would take more than one day. He's impeccable. He's tough. He knows what's at stake (the U.S.A.). He won't withdraw.
