North Korea's Chairman Kim Jong Un wants to meet with President Trump again, says South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who has just returned from Pyongyang. Moon also spoke directly to the North Korean public, describing a peaceful future to an audience of some 150,000 people.
"We had lived together for five thousand years but apart for just 70 years," Moon said in his speech on Thursday, in which he repeatedly addressed the crowd as "Citizens of Pyongyang, fellow Koreans."
Moon continued, "Here, at this place today, I propose we move forward toward the big picture of peace in which the past 70-year-long hostility can be eradicated and we can become one again."
After the summit, Moon said he will pass along Kim's messages for the U.S. and the Trump administration. As Yonhap News notes, Moon expects to see Trump in New York next week, when he attends the U.N. General Assembly.
To hurry the denuclearization process, Kim said he wants Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to visit Pyongyang and to set up another summit with Trump "as soon as possible," according to a summary by the Pyongyang Press Corps....

I think he really has bought into the idea that he can go down in history as a great peacemaker, rather some fat little weirdo who blew up his uncle with artillery.

Attention is his first goal, money is his second.
I thought all the cards were played at the first meeting, and Trump laid out all the conditions. So, Kim’s thing must be he’s come up with more “conditions”...probably involving money.
Trump should tell him that he hasn’t fully complied with all the conditions from before...”call me back when you get that done, and we’ll talk.”.
Make Kim come here, no more traipsing around the world to meet with him.
Trump hasn’t given him one dime.
IOW,full denuclearization + full,ongoing.access for inspections = enormous wealth for the North Korean people *and* their current leaders.
And he also hit the Reset Button for Russia, and Trump screwed that all up too

actually, Little Rocketman needs to do WAY more than pony up some new concrete plans: he needs to demonstrate some significant physical progress, like destroying all of his rocket launchers or half his rockets or the like ...
Well, Trump did also offer to deliver some brand new, shiny American weaponry right to Kim’s doorstep. That may have had something to do with it as well.
A united Korea is a bad idea.
