It may be hard to believe but what she looked like then has no bearing on the veracity of the claim.

On the contrary, I would think the probability of a guy being interested enough in her to make a pass, would be CENTRAL to judging the veracity of her claim.

Nope. What would give veracity to her claims would be her ability to remember more details than “at a party”. What would give veracity to her claims would be “I told these 3 people right after it happened.” Or perhaps “The police told me it was just teenage high jinks.” Or “Brett Kavanaugh bragged to several friends about what happened.” Or “I had to call someone to drive me home because I was so upset.”

You know, typical behavior of someone who was so traumatized by being groped. If not that, others verifying that Kavanaugh had a reputation for such odious behavior. No evidence of such? Then maybe proof she told friends or the police what happened. We have none of that. Lacking such common examples I conclude her claims are very suspect. Add in the political motivation and she should wear asbestos undies when making her allegations. But her looks now or then are moot to determining the truthfulness of her accusations.
