Yes, it’s really helpful to know the suspect was wearing white socks...when you don’t know what his skin color was. Why don’t they stop describing these suspects at all?

Why don’t they stop describing these suspects at all? Police are looking for a suspect they characterize as "a guy," and are asking the public for help.
