You know Wendy Martinez was a pretty woman with a real bright smile and sparkly eyes which are both good signs that a woman is genuine. I suspect since it was DC she was pretty much a lib but she looks like a really nice person. I would never want any female I knew jogging around the Logan Circle area ant anytime, especially after dark.
