So many pro abort women have no idea. I saw one woman say she would have to go to Canada to get an abortion.
The left seem to have forgotten that first there has to be a case. The it has to work its way to the SCOTUS. There nare 9 judges no one judge can over turn anything. The left telling you that there are already 4 to over turn and 4 to keep. Did the CIA are FBI hack the court and get that information?
You are correct. Overturning RVW does not end abortion. It would go to the individual states which is where it should be.
Barring anything but discussion in my personal sphere, when I hear this sort of BS, I politely ask the question:
“Why doesn’t the Democratic Party support an abortion law?”
(that always gets an emotional reaction; this is Chess).
After the contorted histrionics, assuming they don’t walk away (they do sometimes) a question:
“Is RvW ‘law’?”
After the eventual affirmation that it is NOT,
“If abortion “rights” are so important to women and the Democrats, why wasn’t it important enough to pass a “law” and eliminate the possibility that RvW could possibly be overturned one of the numerous times that the Democrats were in control of all of Congress?
Better, when did you last propose or support such legislation?”
I usually get a dumb look or a walkaway after a grunt at that point.

Yeah, ZERO times. Therefore it is a STATE issue.
Overturning Roe would simply throw it back to The States, “You guys decide..”
Theoretically all 50 states could say, “We want 100% unrestricted abortion.”
Yeah, the lefties could STILL get everything they ever wanted, without Roe. But they don’t want to take the chance that they won’t.
They want it ALL. Guaranteed.
It is not just Roe vs Wade that the democrats are worried about. It is the fact that Brett Kavanaugh is a judge who would make decisions based on the Constitution and the
Bill of Rights. They are scared to death of that. It would mean that no more goofy, feel good decisions would be coming. That is the real reason they oppose him. Talk of Roe vs Wade being overturned is for consumption by the public.
Would it be possible to get OCARE overturned by the court I mean ripped up by the roots?.. Does the court EVER revisit something that was decided by them ????
In my (somewhat limited, I admit) experience, the women who shriek loudest about keeping abortion legal are the ones least likely to ever need one.
Overturning Roe would be the best thing that could happen for men.
