I just hung up on a conversation with a friend and the subject WAS stupidity.

I told him, and now you (all), that I remember an interview with Melania Trump somewhere near the inauguration ... either just before or just after, and she was asked about any specific elements in Trump's personality (or something like that) and she replied, "He can't stand stupid people"

That's our President in a nutshell ..... he can't stand stupid people.

Doing a search on Google for "Trump is lazy" shows that the Left actually thinks this.

I read the book Let Trump Be Trump: The Inside Story of His Rise to the Presidency by Cory Lewandowski was remarkable in that it universally, unequivocally, and without exception highlighted in every anecdote and opinion of people who worked with Trump that, he is nearly superhuman in his level of energy and industriousness.

A common refrain was that nobody, NOBODY, could keep up with him. Not his staffers, not the Secret Service, and certainly, not his lazy ass enemies who probably wanted to wake up in the morning at 0500 to send out an anti-Trump tweet on something, only to find that Trump had been up at 0430 and sent a tweet that castigated them! (I'm just making that up as an example...:)

He isn't lazy, and a lot of highly successful people in all walks of life from the military to industry can't stand "stupid" people...and there are plenty of them in politics.
