A former classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who was identified as the man in the room during the alleged sexual assault, denies any knowledge of the party in question or any inappropriate conduct by Kavanaugh.
Christine Blasey Ford accused Kavanaugh of drunkenly groping her while his friend was in the room at a high school party over three decades ago.
Patrick J. Smyth, who was a classmate of Kavanaughs at Georgetown Prep, was identified as the friend PJ in Fords account of the allegations.
Smyths lawyer Eric Bruce wrote a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., claiming his client did not witness or know of any improper conduct by Kavanaugh.
"I understand that I have been identified by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as the person she remembers as 'PJ' who supposedly was present at the party she described in her statements to the Washington Post," Smyth says in his statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee, CNN reported. "I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh."
The letter is expected to be sent to Grassley and Feinstein Wednesday.

Another ACME rocket goes off the cliff.
I don't blame this guy for not wanting to testify before the Senate or any other committee. He has no knowledge of anything that has been alleged, because it never happened. That doesn't matter to the Democrats. If he dares to publicly say anything in defense of Judge Kavanaugh, they will do everything in their power to make his life a living hell.
Much ado about nothin. Film at 11.
I’m confused, I thought Mark Judge was the potential witness “boy in the room”.
How was this a sexual assault regardless?
are you intentionally spreading misinformation?
even the lying cow didn’t say he raped her.
“””””How was this a sexual assault regardless?””””””””””
Because he was a Republican.
Because it is seeming more and more likely the entire accusation was made up as yet another desperate tactic by the leftists and deep state globalists to derail anything and everything related to President Trump. I mean sure, I already believed there was a 99.9995% chance the accusation was made up, but now I'm even more sure. ;-)
Then why all the fuss? We dont need to waste time hearing about groping.
Inappropriate in thaf none of this was news two weeks ago. Think about it.
Then why the fuss? If its just teenage sex pranks, its not anywhere remotely close to sexual assault.
And sexual assault conveys forcible abuse of a woman against her will to decent people.
Either Kavanaugh committed a crime or he didnt. End of story.
thank you, just as I suspected.
This is really important. Because the PIAPS wannabe identified a specific person as a witness and that person has failed to validate her story it is no longer a he-said/she-said thing. It is a She-Said/Everybody-Denied thing.
She screwed the pooch (lewd allegory intended) when she named other people in the room.
The letter, sent by the man’s lawyer functions as testimony. She story not only lacks verification but has been positively refuted.
The only Democrat female who should, at this point feel good about this situation is Monica Lewinsky because she is now only the second most pathetic woman on Earth.
