If she falsely testifies that Judge assaulted her, she may have a serious problem with a civil lawsuit for defamation.

I never heard that they won’t vote unless she testifies. If she REFUSES to testify, I would think that would negate her accusations and therefore make it mute. The result SHOULD be their vote would be based on everything else excluding her accusation. Of course, that it just logical which Senators are not.
