Yes, they should be consider an “invading army” and shot on sight. Just shoot, shovel and shut up about it! When the word gets back that their buddies are pushing daisies, they may think twice about trying to enter our country.
Sounds good but the FBI Civil Rights Division lives to put LEOs in federal prison for just that sort of thing. Its how they get promoted.
I spend 25 years as a Border Patrol Agent, worked the border in El Paso, San Diego, Marfa and McAllen when the border was really out of control. We had just 2,300 agents to cover the entire country. Now they have almost 20,000 agents.
I never did but if I had ever encountered aliens caring long guns the only sound they would have heard would be the report of my gun after the bullets had hit their mark.
No need to shovel and shut up. I would write a memo and claim credit there would be no need to cover anything up.
