[ Isn’t this a conspiracy to disrupt a lawful assemble? How is this legal? ]

I’d almost have to ask, how is this not RICO? How is it not RICO to pay people to knowingly commit crimes?

I go back to the old Dirty Harry movie where the inspector candidate says “a conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor is in fact a felony”. Well, it sounded good in a movie but I don’t actually know if that was ever valid law.
