He might win in the UK, but doubtful in the US. He made himself a public figure, which would make a win difficult here.

Wasn’t sure what to think of this allegation, but when this guy sues a billionaire for just $75K to me that smelled of someone who wanted to make sure it was small enough that it wouldn’t be worth musk’s time to legally respond - just cut a check - and what that implies to me is that this guy really, really doesn’t want musk getting the opportunity to offer up any proof in court that musk might be right.
I could be wrong, but musk is a true genius in many ways, so maybe he knows something we don’t - on the other hand maybe he is just crazy...the whole thing is bizarre
And this is just one of several business landmines that Elon has recently stepped on. Being a media darling can only do so much for a guy. Elon spent the last 10 years unable to do any wrong. These days, he can do no right. He seriously needs to step aside from the day to day operations, be a lot more of a company owner and a lot less of an operations guy, and take a long leave of absence. Nobody can keep the pace that this guy has set for himself. He’s pulling a Britney Spears here, you can only run 7 days a week for so long.
