This is pure calculated political strategy...and an evil one at that.
1. Delay the vote on Kavanaugh by any means in the hopes that ...
2. The D's gain more congressional power this November, especially the Senate. If that occurs ...
3. The Kavanaugh nomination is over and then ...
4. Trumps next, more conservative nomination will not be confirmed either thereby ...
5. Forcing Trump to nominate a "moderate" that the (D)'s can "get behind and vote for" and therefor ...
6. Ensuring the court doesn't turn more conservative / constitutionalist.
The end goal is to make sure the court doesn't go more traditionalist, constitution and rule of law upholding.
We must all get out and vote this fall to ensure the (R)'s keep power for this and a myriad of other palpable reasons.

Delay will not be extended until Jan. 2019. If any delay it will be a week.

Using a tactic like this will piss-off a lot of Trump's voters around the country that would not normally vote Republican for their Rep/Senator.
The rest is not worth to rebut.
Give her a darn hearing, don't accept her premise, keep her on the defensive, and make a fool out of her in front of the American people (If hearing is public which the dems won't want). We are dealing with a lot highly trained lawyers on the Judicial committee. The Republican side will eat her up. Also, implore the FBI to get involved, right now they won't touch this thing because of due process, he-said/she-said, a witness who said this is BS, statutes of limitations, and how do you prove a negative.
