Kav went to an All-Male Acedemy in High School I believe. Correct me if I am wrong.
But more to your point, this incident did not happen unless there was ample evidence that proved it did happen. Even witness accounts can be refuted through several different biases. State law says this is done-and-dusted. A person cannot guard for crazy accusations that come out of nowhere regardless. This is why we have due process and guilty BEYOND a reasonable doubt.
