That reminds me of the Bolshevik in Dr Zhivago who, in response to an old man’s comment that Dr Zhivago is a good man, replied “God damn all good men”. That’s exactly how these depraved people feel about good, normal, decent people, and the more decent they are, the more they hate them. They hate them because decency is not within themselves.
