A DoD research organization that I work for made a recruiting video that advertised some of the most exciting work we did (including some by yours truly); only problem— all of those who actually did the work and led the projects were white males. So, they got diverse employees to stand in as though it were their work for the video (e.g. employee/actors) and go to recruiting events pretending this was their work. I was absolutely outraged by this— it takes credit from those who did the work, it fraudulently bestows credit upon those who had no part in it, and mostly it adds to the myth that diverse candidates are leading the way into the future.
Gives new meaning to the expression "black as Cohl."

And what about the two guys in the blue shirts in the center of the photo, who they altered to have them embracing? Must show homosexual diversity too, I guess.
