Jennifer Rubin wasn't satisfied with accusing President Trump of having "killed" the Puerto Rico hurricane victims. Nope, Trump killed them "twice," according to The Washington Post columnist that the paper still describes as writing "from a center-right perspective."
Today on Joy Reid's MSNBC show, AM Joy, commenting on President Trump's disputing of the Puerto Rico death toll, "center-right" Rubin said: "Donald Trump has killed those people twice. Once through neglect in oversight, and secondly, disgracing [sic] that they died at all."

The numbers she cites were made out of thin air by a highly partisan “political watchdog” group, and have no bearing on reality.
Puerto Rico and other former spanish colonies have a five century track record of hoarding supplies by government authorities, and a similar track record of corruption.
Puerto Rico was well supplied, but local politics and corruption interferred with distribution.
Puerto Rico was already in pretty sorry shape even before the last hurricane.

She, and the other Leftist media hacks, are bitterly disappointed that the current storm wasn’t as devastating as initially predicted and that, taking everything into account, recovery operations are proceeding fairly efficiently.
Further, the DIMS are scared witless of Trump’s high approval among “minorities,” and are casting about frantically for anything that will knock those numbers down.
I will look forward to seeing them in Orange jumpsuits at Gitmo, on trial for sedition.

Every year for thousands of years multiple hurricanes affect Puerto Rico, directly or indirectly. Almost every hurricane headed west must pass through the neighborhood. Generations of Puerto Ricans are aware of this. If they were descended from American stock, they would be smart enough to prepare. They would harden infrastructure and stockpile emergency supplies.
But no. Puerto Ricans are too lazy and stupid to take responsibility for their own lives and fate. Generations of of Puerto Ricans have known what happens when hurricanes hit. Deal with it, amigos!
