Just the reverse. “I’ll be happy to bake that custom cake. It’ll be $38,510.” If that quote is $37,000 more than other bakers, it’s not the baker’s problem. How to approach this depends on whether the point is to make a public statement or merely to avoid participating in sin. My strategy doesn’t fight the leftist gay mafia demand that decent people work as slaves, but it does solve the problem for one baker.


It is harder to prosecute a discount of regular rates for a VERY substandard product.

But to inflate regular rates for a homosexual could be prosecutable.

There aren't regular rates, not for custom art. I don't think the thugs could win that one.
