Apparently not, as Kavanaughs odds of confirmation on the betting sites is right back where it was before the big "bombshell" yesterday (around 90/10 for confirmation). And the story has seemed to run it's course and fall off the news sites (hurricane probably helped there).
It also probably helped that the FBI was quick to dismiss the letter as nothing criminal. Supposedly from people who have seen the letter the accusation was that back in high school at a school sanctioned after school event Kavanaugh and a couple friends locked a girl in a room and wouldn't let her out, however the fire door was unlocked so she went out that. The letter goes on to say that the women said she never felt threatened and nothing else happened, but years latter because "troubled" by the episode.

So not even “sexual” in nature then. Wow- we used to “penny” people into their dorm room - jam pennies between the door and frame so the latch wouldn’t work - guess I’m not Supreme Court material
