I’ll have you know he has not one, not two, but THREE purple band aides thus enabling him to avoid serving his remaining 10 months out of a total of 13 required of other members of the Naval Service serving in the Republic of Vietnam. Kerry, along with the likes of beau Bergdahl, are Bronco Bama style American heroes ......

Decades ago I was well acquainted with one of the signatories to the Swift Boat book.

He said that when Kerry was assigned to a tin can, he would go cower on the outboard bridge wing when the ship was doing NGFS, because he was afraid of return fire from the beach.

Apparently the swift boats were making milk runs up and down the coast when Kerry asked to transfer. They approved his transfer, then started sending the boats upriver into Indian country.

Imagine the poor little darling’s consternation when he realized he had arranged to jump from the frying pan into the fire.
