North Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal shooting at Canyon Springs High School. An 18-year-old male died in the shooting, which happened near the athletic fields, acting North Las Vegas Police Chief Justin Roberts said during a news briefing just before 4:30 p.m. Roberts did not confirm whether the male was a student at the school.
