Are you trying to imply or mislead people to believe that Haspel is briefing that Russia is engaging in “acoustic attacks”?
I meant that the likes of Haspel and Pompeo fall under the umbrella of intelligence community and that not every accusation against Russia is Trump-collusion myth related.
It has been established if anything that Russia and Hillary were in cahoots. Don’t see why it’s so surprising that they’d also be up to no good in Cuba.

I don’t know how it is done. I only recall from the briefings I received concerning maintaining the security of classified information.
Since our classified area had a window we had both music playing and white noise to defeat the laser/microwave on glass trick. Very annoying.
And James Clapper, John Brennan and James Comey are patriots and selfless public servants.
