The team operated for eight years. ABC's George Stephanopolous----then her husband's top aide----assisted Hillary in this jihad against women.

Bill getting lewinskied thrust Hillary into national positioning----something she desperately wanted. Bill apparently had held her back "til it was her turn." Now, overnight, Hillary was at the top and she grabbed every opportunity.
