It was a case about women’s right to vote in Missouri in 1875 and was, effectively, overruled by the 19th Amendment.
Even so, from that ruling: “it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”
If we ever need one, a simplified ruling would be that you are a natural-born citizen if the only thing you did to become a citizen was to be born.
It’s time to focus on Fiona Hill.
She should be asked to deny and be ready to take a polygraph test.
One is only naturally a citizen of the USA when one cannot be anything else.
People born with multiple citizenships are who the founders were excluding.
