Bingo. She raged against Teump by name. The best the progs can do here is a few phrases about “a president.” Nobody needs to lift a finger or type one word about Kavanaugh recusing himself before Ginsberg actually does recuse herself.

RBG ... in the Muslim country ban case, she was on the side of the dissenters. Prior to this case, RBG made very public, political statements against Mr Trump. Why this is critical - one of the primary arguments against the travel ban was candidate Trump’s statements were allegedly anti-Muslim and therefore his travel ban was not constitutional. I cannot recall any major media discussion of this case asking whether a Supreme Court Justice whose prior statements of biased against the man for whom she strongly expressed her disdain should recuse herself from this case and in any matter involving the President.
