If Jealous (D) wins in MD I will eat my hat! The incumbent (R) Hogan has the highest approval rating of any gov in the US right now. Even running an African American won’t help the Ds in this deep blue state for this race. Cheating might, but nothing else.

I think the cheating would have to be unprecedented for Jealous to win.
I think Kevin Kamanetz was expected to be the nominee and others like Jealous just ran to give the illusion of a primary race. Then Kamanetz goes and dies.
