To zero. They've got themselves absolutely wedged between a rock and a hard place. If they pass a rule against kneeling the kneelers will ignore it and kneel anyway. And they won't be punished because the NFL quakes in its boots over fear of being called RAAAAAACIST.
They had one shot to deal with this when it was just Kaepernick, and they blew it.
