If you read the article and listen to the reporter on the video (by the way, WPVI did a very nice job of reporting the facts...no fake news here):

-the suspect grabbed the owner's weapon after it fell to the ground during a scuffle,

-the family members of the owner (who's of Vietnamese descent) did not close the store but are keeping it open AND they are working the store while the owner recovers in the hospital.

I'm sure there will be an avalanche of follow-up articles about how this is an example of how dangerous guns can be for owners when used against them.

Yes, illegal aliens who are not supposed to be here are not supposed to possess firearms or even work or use fake documents or drive without a license and insurance.

Laws are for suckers called citizens.
Fraudulently documented foreigners are more important.
Just ask Graham, Rubio, Heller, Alexander, Murkowsky and Hoeven, they voted to give them amnesty.
