Why are they rationing guns? Are they in short supply?

What promises are being made if this is enacted? Liberals are never made to explain themselves before they pass “common sense” gun control laws and after. No accountability.

California REALLY needs to be three separate states.

I’d rather see the voting age bumped back to 21

Fraudulently documented foreigners are exempt from laws in CA.
These laws are only for law-abiding US citizens.

I see the porcupine with a balloon.

The inevitable legal challenges might get stuck at the 9th circus but it they will ABSOLUTELY be upheld in SCOTUS.

California continues to think it is not subject to the Constitution, except when it is convenient.

Conservatives in California have got to defeat the Marxist who are destroying the State of California out of the Governor’s office and Assembly in Sacramento. Jerry Brown and his cabal of Marxist are truly insane, IMO.

Three separate Democratic-majority states? No way. The guy pushing this was scamming people. That whole effort was DOA. No way with the maps drawn that you’d ever get anything but 6 Democratic Senators. Besides, breaking up the state needs local, state, and national approval. Again, DOA.

The age limit provision is unconstitutional as it violates the equal protection clause. However, if the state wants to move the age of majority to 21, then I would agree with the restriction.

“California REALLY needs to be three separate states.”

With two senator total for the three. Maybe just making it a territory would be better.
