The Fox News article covers what they are likely jabbering about. Apparently during Bush and Obongo admin some Americans who had midwife delivery are being denied US passports until they can deliver other evidence of citizenship. Us State Department says the occurence is at a six year low in the most recent fiscal period.
Some DemonRat taking a rare occasion and turning into a "Trump did it" moment. Half truths and outright lies are what the DemonRats run and win on.
