I knew we were in trouble in the 1990’s. Several companies I worked for wanted “to be more global” even though, overwhelmingly, virtually all of our business was done inside the 48 states. Some, Canada and Mexico, too.

The drinking of the Kool-Aid had begun. It should come as no surprise much of American business has been off-shored and gutted. For a whole host of reasons.

Now, if there was just a One-World Global Currency (beyond the dollar) and a Global leader to rule all......
