I wonder if thats the driver walking down the left shoulder. You only have about 15-20 minutes to was off the wet mud. The bike is toast as well as that big rig. You gotta laugh at the sustainability of their commitment after the realization that all is lost. GRAB A GEAR AND FLOOR IT! I can make it!

Cement is what holds concrete together No shit! Unless you're saying the terms are interchangeable, then you're agreeing with me.
Technically there's no such thing as 'wet cement.' When water is added to cement alone, it becomes cement paste. When the owner tries to clean up his mess, he will inevitably find sand in the matrix, so even if 'wet cement' was a real term, it would be incorrect here.
Does anyone with the brains God gave a billy goat interchange 'flour' and 'cake'?

Because of the general overall attitude of arrogance on the roads.
There are a few responsible bikers, but the idiots who do things like cut between traffic to pass people, and by that I mean riding on the dashed line in the middle of the road on the INTERSTATE at 70 MPH, sure do a lot of damage.
The *Watch out for motorcycle* signs need to be directed towards motorcyclists to stop taking insane chances against a car.

You would hope so. However I see and know of a lot of "Rice-Rocket-Riders" who ride illegally, on unregistered and uninsured bikes. They rely on the speed and maneuverability to be able to get themselves away when they come under scrutiny. Rather like this guy was doing, but didn't think of wet concrete (many are inexperienced riders)...
Case in point: Motorcycle rider killed in Myrtle Beach SC this year for bike week when he ran a checkpoint and crashed down the road. Turned out he had stolen the bike in another state in order to go to the bike week rally. Now that was a hefty fine....

It’s also perfectly stupid.
I don’t know if it’s legal in NY but they need to consider that if someone decides to change lanes and doesn’t know that someone came up on them suddenly and is in their blind spot, then they are going to be wiped all over the road.

Legal in here Germany too, at speeds considerably faster than 70 mph.
When traffic stalls, motorcyclists weave in and out of traffic wherever there is an opening. Nobody here bats an eye, its both legal and culturally acceptable.

It’s one thing in stalled traffic. Nobody is going much of anywhere fast in a car.
At 70 MPH on a not so crowded interstate, it’s just downright stupid. If the guy had been willing to give it a few seconds, then people would have finished passing and he would have had a clear lane.
