I guessed Hil, because she has a known record of selling secrets and being cavalier with confidential info. And, I view her influence peddling as a subscription service.
But, having a Chinese driver listening in, if not actually reading over her Dianne’s shoulder, is definitely another avenue for info.
Also, information from one source may not be complete enough to know who but with two sources you likely get different parts of the puzzle.
For example, a name or names might show up in the email of the SoS but without context meanwhile the driver gets info about what a spy does professionally or where he works. That’s enough to find someone.

Obama, Comey, likely Brennan, Lynch, and god knows who else, sent and received emails to and from Hillary through her unsecure illegal email system.
Top secret, classified information, to and from the Secretary of State. Who runs the State Department. Who extensively controls and runs the CIA.
China received these emails in realtime.
China destroyed our CIA operation there. During the same time period.
Hillary, and everyone who knew, needs to be Hung from the neck until dead.
There is little doubt in my mind that this so called “Chinese spy” working all those years for Feinstein collected as much information as possible and passed it along to the Chinese government and they in turn made use of the information provided. In any case Feinstein is a liberal dingbat anyway, so what can you expect.
The Chinese verified with both of them.
Needs to be investigated by the DOJ and FBI to see if they are both culpable.
