You are paying for it in terms of higher taxes, insurance premiums, et cetera. Some estimates place the net costs of each illegal alien in the country at $50,000 – $100,000. (FYI: 12,000,000 X $50,000 = $600,000,000,000) When the all the indirect costs are factored in, it is probably even higher. In any case, it is a cost that YOU are paying for.

Only too true. I hired them for 40 years. Used to be able to get “college kids” for the summer and they would work their asses off to make money to stay in school. No need now since mommy will take care of their every need.

And it has nothing to do with money. Most of them were never taught how to work and are just plain useless. When I was young I had two choices...work hard or starve. Now everything is handed to them so they have no fear.

Just like all the able bodied yutes on welfare. Why work when you can get high all day and stay at yo baby mommas gubmint house?

True story. My employer hired several people last month. This week the sign is back up that says "Hiring all positions". I had to ask why we are hiring again so soon. The answer was that we are having to cull some of the new hires because they can not put their phones down long enough to actually work.

I know back in the day when I was still in college I was ready to take a bus each weekday during the summer from Philly to and from the produce picking fields of South Jersey to earn money to meet expenses for the coming school year - not saying I’m not happy something better came along before I had to go that route, but when you need to earn, nothing legit should be out of consideration.....

Let me guess ... jobs like baling hay, picking apples, milking cows, cleaning house, mowing grass, painting fences, cleaning dog kennels, horse stalls and chicken houses, fry cook ... been there, done that. When I was on these jobs, I didn’t see illegals, I saw other high school and-or college kids, or family members.
