Dershowitz: ‘Biggest Crime You Can Commit in America Is to Have Been Associated with Donald Trump
Breitbart ^ | August 27, 2018 | Trent Baker

Posted on 08/27/2018 3:54:29 PM PDT by Hojczyk

Monday, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz warned on “Fox & Friends” that “the biggest crime” you can commit in America today is to have been associated with Donald Trump.

“Look, the biggest crime you can commit in America today is to a have been associated with Donald Trump,” Dershowitz said. “If you’re associated with Donald Trump, they’re going to Manafort you, they’re going Cohen you, they will do all of these things to you. They will look hard and they will search and they are going to stretch. Maybe they will find something, maybe they won’t.”

Dershowitz then cautioned businessmen of running for president because they will go through a “legal colonoscopy” and get the Al Capone treatment.

He explained, “I think the only people who are going to run for office independently wealthy people don’t have to rely on businesses or people who come from backgrounds where there is no vulnerability at all, but businessmen are going to be deterred from running for office, they know it will result in a kind of legal colonoscopy. Everything they have done from the day they started out in business.

And they’re going to go beyond the statute of limitations because they will allege Rico violations. I’ve been through this. They usually do it with the mafia. It is the Al Capone approach. If we can’t get them on grounds we would like to get them on, let’s go after them on taxes, go after them on business. It is targeting people. If they can target president Trump, they can target you, they can target anyone. That’s the problem.”

Don’t call it manaforting or cohening.

Call it Muellerism. It’s beyond what they claimed McCarthyism was.

So note to Dersh.....what do you think now of your beloved Hillary, who obviously is 100% behind this, to the point where she got it launched?

When this finally wanes, it should be up against the wall time for a bunch of people. Don’t even offer blindfolds.

“businessmen are going to be deterred from running for office, they know it will result in a kind of legal colonoscopy.”

Come now. All they have to do each day is utter all the proper left-wing shibboleths, and they’ll be forever beloved. All will be ignored, or forgiven then forgotten.

He’s right. He gets less flack, even among “conservatives” for flying to Epstien’s island.

And the attacks will continue and intensify against Trump and anyone near him until the Left starts paying a real painful price for their insanity and treachery. The question is how to cause them to suffer that pain and back off.

We need to drive home the message.....emphasizing that these "get Trump" activities imperil all Americans.
Bypassing and demolishing structures built into govt to protect our safety and security cannot go unanswered.

Desperate Democrats, hungry for power have always cheered for Hillary Clinton b/c she empowered them.

But Hillary's M/O has been exposed and it isnt pretty:

<><> her mishandling of top secret intel,

<><> the massive pay-for-play scheme wrought by The Clinton Foundation,

<><> using public office to get-rich-quick.

<><> serial crimes committed even as she campaigned for president.

The "get Trump" activities to "find crimes" cant be separated from the numerous crimes already committed.

at this point we need to send all of theses individuals to jail for long prison sentences. we need to make it so that government employees are scared to cooperate with politicians when asked to participate in political persecution with the legal system. at this point I am pissed at the Democrat party because they are making it impossible to recruit non politicians to run for high office or to support non politicians in running for president

Dunno what her excerpt policy is, if any, but here are the first two paragraphs:

- - - - - -

Adam Lovinger, a former Defense Department analyst, never expected that what he stumbled on during his final months at the Pentagon would expose an integral player in the FBI’s handling of President Donald Trump’s campaign and alleged Russia collusion.

Lovinger, a whistleblower, is now battling to save his career. The Pentagon suspended his top-secret security clearance May 1, 2017, when he exposed through an internal review that Stefan Halper, who was then an emeritus Cambridge professor, had received roughly $1 million in tax-payer funded money to write Defense Department foreign policy reports, his attorney Sean Bigley said. Before Lovinger’s clearance was suspended he had taken a detail to the National Security Council as senior director for strategy. He was only there for five months before he was recalled to the Pentagon, stripped of his prestigious White House detail, and ordered to perform bureaucratic make-work in a Pentagon annex Bigley calls “the land of misfit toys.” His security clearance was eventually revoked in March 2018, despite the Pentagon “refusing to turn over a single page of its purported evidence of Lovinger’s wrongdoing,” Bigley stated. Conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch, recently filed a federal lawsuit against the Defense Department to obtain the withheld records.

Lovinger also raised concerns about Halper’s role in conducting what appeared to be diplomatic meetings with foreigners on behalf of the U.S. government because his role as contractor forbids him from doing so, according to U.S. federal law.

An investigation by SaraACarter.com reveals that the documents and information Lovinger stumbled on and other documents obtained by this news site, raise troubling questions about Halper, who was believed to have worked with the CIA and part of the matrix of players in the bureau’s ‘CrossFire Hurricane’ investigation into Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. Halper, who assisted the FBI in the Russia investigation, appears to also have significant ties to the Russian government, as well as sources connected directly to President Vladimir Putin.

Halper did not respond to requests for comment.

FReepers who are able should be planning now to be part of the 2020 Republication National Convention in Charlotte.

Whether as delegates, companions to delegates, or just to be around the site with cameras ready, people will be needed to protect the convention.

There will be ‘Days of Rage’ from thousands of violent Leftists and I’d bet LEOs are going to stand aside.

So start having US Attorneys target Clinton/Obama people who have had dealings with Trump in the past.

If nothing else for God's sake put McCain's campaign show pony Rick Davis in jail for directly benefiting from Manafort's int'l money ON BEHALF OF McCAIN!

Might be true for less than half of the people, the rest of us, the majority, find the way the press and Hollywood, and academia, the way those tools treat Trump is with dishonest, and is tantamount to criminal.

Yes, but to do any of that Trump has to gain control of the DOJ which he has so far been unable or unwilling to do. The DOJ and the FBI are two of the greatest weapons of the Left and really don’t report to anybody or anything other than the deep state.
