Jacksonville mass shooter David Katz, 24, was a Redditor who hated Trump supporters and mocked "mericans" as "retarded."

He was from baltimore so I doubt he had a Fl. ccw.
He’s from Maryland, and Maryland doesn’t issue to anyone who isn’t politically connected. So I don’t think he could have had a permit, unless he applied for a non-resident Florida CCW permit. (Doubt it.)

I think not. Plus he drove thru state lines with weapon, I think that is illegal if that state has gun laws. How did he get the gun? We will never know.
He was only 24, and living in his daddy’s house in Baltimore so the odds are overwhelming that he was violating the laws.

The Reddit thread also said that he appeared to be otherwise Conservative, so I dont know how much to make of this.
