Deprivation of rights under color of law.
In a just world, that judge would be displayed in public for a short time, then uh... something happen to him.
Though I’m hoping they sue him personally, and he ends up in prison for the rest of his dictatorial life.

Wow! That judge needs to go. He’s put idealogy over 2nd amendment rights, and threatening the foster parents with the prospect of subjecting an already-traumatized (I’m guessing) child to more pain.
