Something is drastically wrong here.
Some people who tend toward indulging in conspiracy theories have said that the President and AG are working together on a grand scheme to imprison many Democrats. I doubt that.
Many reasonable people involved in legislative efforts for constitutional rights (and some lawyers) have said that lawyers have their spines removed in law schools. Sessions’ behavior is normal.
By the way, the President has been threatened in many ways by many judicial people including some in police agencies and some in the legislature (lawyers). Since at least the 1990s, many people in conservative, narrow interest efforts for civil (constitutional) rights have also said that judicial people are pushing for a larger share of control over our government...or absolute control.
