With the race hoaxes the division to get the ratio of hoax to real incident only involves dividing a number into itself and the answer to that is always 1.
This also means if there is a race incident being spread by the media you don't have to think 'oh well let's see there is a 45.6543 percent chance this one really happened.'
You can just read about the incident the day it's reported and then take your handy predictive 1.0 that results from dividing a number into itself and say 'it's a hoax.' You don't even have to say 'well there's a good or even very good chance it's a hoax.'
