That explains it. Democrats stirring up trouble. Has to be democrats because the culprits do seem to take a large number of shots without hitting anything. Conservative spend much more time at the range. :-)

Of course I don’t know much about the shooter because the reports I’ve seen don’t talk about him much. That means the only things we can know about him is he likely wasn’t white or involved in the local Republican Party.

My search turned up one article that claimed to have the name but I’m not a subscriber.

One interesting claim reported on is that the hero confronted the shooter after he started to run but when the shooter drew on him that’s when he got shot. Not sure if that’s what happened but it was what was claimed.
