The Department of Justice has declined to prosecute an FBI special agent whom the department’s inspector general determined had received money from a former FBI confidential human source, had protected that source’s illegal business, had provided false information to a local police department and had misused FBI assets for personal gain.

Did a quick search, didn't find this article from a couple of days ago.

The hits just keep on coming for Sessions and Wray. Time for Trump to drop the hammer on these two weasels and Rosenstein. And, for those that are breathlessly waiting for the next IG report from Horowitz, the IG in this story had his recommendation ignored by the DOJ.

It’s all a part of Session’s secret and silent plan to MAGA.

Nothing to see here....

Q. What is the difference between the DOJ and the Mafia?

A. Mafioso wear better suits.

The FBI is like the Mob with the special power of using the legal framework as a tool to destroy people that get in their way. I have more respect for the Mob.

Judicial Watch will get his name from FOIA and when he is outed, Trump will pull his clearance and take his gun.

“and when he is outed, Trump will pull his clearance and take his gun”

Trump could do that now. Apparently he doesn’t want to.

The agent probably knows where the FBI/DOJ has “buried a number of bodies”...not pursuing charges keep him quite about other DOJ/FBI criminality.

WTF does it TAKE to get a federal employee prosecuted? All of those things are pretty much the definition of both firing offenses AND a get into jail card. Anyone (except federal employees, of course) reading this would go to jail for saying that they made a phone call late in the evening on August 23, 2008 when, in fact, you made that call on August 24, 2008 at 12:01 AM.

This double standard of justice is pushing more and more people over the edge - to the point of being law-abiding ONLY to avoid getting punished. People will do as they please (legal or not) if they don’t think that they’ll get caught, and the police at all levels can fuhgeddaboudit when it comes to ticked off people like this actually helping them. That is what double standards do - breed utter contempt for those even loosely affiliated with the BIG FAT LIE.

I don't think even the old "live boy/dead girl" standard applies to the alphabets any more. "Heckuva job there, Jeffy."

All I know is that while I didn't trust government before, I now pretty much take it for granted that anyone in government is either lazy, crooked, bolshie, salafist or some combination thereof.

Looks like Sessions is continuing to keep Obama’s DOI (Department of Injustice) alive.

How many dimensions of chess is this for grand master Sessions, the smartest, most geniusest brilliant guy in the history of AGs?

This FBI agent has so much shit in so many other people, and he would have taken them down with him if he would have been prosecuted.

"The Department of Justice has declined to prosecute an FBI special agent whom the department’s inspector general determined had received money from a former FBI confidential human source, had protected that source’s illegal business, had provided false information to a local police department and had misused FBI assets for personal gain...

because it has been brought to our attention that the special agent made a large donation to the Hillary presidential campaign and the Clinton Global Initiative. Nothing to see here, folks."

Now you know the rest of the story.

Once again, the corrupt DOJ/FBI protect their own. They provide their own more protections than we the people ever get from them. Sessions is an abomination and totally incompetent as the AG.

All of this corruption is very disillusioning. Are there no honest patriots in government? Apparently not.

Let’s not forget this mope:

From Wiki: On October 3, 1984, Miller was arrested with Svetlana and Nikolai Ogorodnikov, Russian immigrants who had moved to Los Angeles in 1973 to seek refuge, but who were actually access agents of the Soviet KGB. Miller was alleged to have provided classified documents, including an FBI Counterintelligence manual, to the Ogorodnikovs after demanding $50,000 in gold and $15,000 cash in return. Miller, who had eight children and was faced with financial difficulties, was having an affair with the married Svetlana Ogorodnikov, and was preparing to travel with her to Vienna at the time of his arrest. It was later alleged that Svetlana Ogorodnikov had been in touch with a KGB case officer working out of the Soviet Consulate in San Francisco and had made arrangements for Miller to meet with the KGB in Vienna.

After his arrest, a fuller portrait emerged of Miller. According to various news accounts, Miller occasionally took three-hour “lunches” at the 7-Eleven near his Los Angeles office, gorging himself on stolen candy bars while reading comic books. He was alleged to have cheated his own uncle by selling a muscle-relaxant device he’d patented, and skimmed cash from bureau coffers meant for one of his informants. Miller also ran auto-registration checks and searched FBI criminal indexes for a local private investigator at $500 per search. In early 1984, the LDS Church excommunicated Miller for adultery. He was divorced from his wife, Paula Miller (now renamed Hill), in late 1988. Following his release, he re-located to Northern Utah. He re-married Tamara Lewis (now Miller) September 23, 1995[1].
